    About the Author

    Charles W. Borden is an investment banker and writer. For the past five years, he has been the Wine and Fine Dining Editor for Moscow's Passport Magazine, a monthly English language glossy for visitors and expats. Charles is past editor of the English language magazines Aeroflot, Russian Fine Art, and Russians: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow. Since 2003, he has contributed to the annual edition of Hugh Johnson's Pocket Wine Book, one of the world's most important wine books. He is author of Best World Restaurants 2008 and other books in this series.
